1. Ordering

1.2 Can I cancel or modify my order? If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@gadgetstrendz.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Shipping
2.1 How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary based on the delivery option you choose:
- Standard Delivery: $5.99
- Express Delivery: $12.99
- Free Delivery: Available on orders over $50
2.2 How long does shipping take?
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
2.3 Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our services, so please stay tuned for future updates.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Certain items, such as sale items and personal care products, are not eligible for returns.
3.2 How do I return an item? To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@gadgetstrendz.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
3.3 When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4.1 Are your products cruelty-free? Yes, all of our beauty and cosmetics products are cruelty-free. We are committed to providing high-quality products that are ethically sourced.
