At Gadgets Trendz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy to ensure your shopping experience remains pleasant and hassle-free.

1. Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, and personal care products, are not eligible for returns.

1.2 Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@gadgetstrendz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

1.3 Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


2. Refunds Policy

2.1 Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

2.2 Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@gadgetstrendz.com.


3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchanges Process

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at exchanges@gadgetstrendz.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.


4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1 Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics) that have been opened or used
